🛍 1. Eligibility for Returns

Because perfumes are personal-use and hygienic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the seal is broken or the perfume has been used, we cannot accept a return due to hygiene and authenticity protection.

📦 2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund (depending on your preference).

💸 3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

🕒 5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different perfume, please return your unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order.

We do not sell imitations, testers, or used products — every item is brand new and factory sealed.
